We read it, the same working day
Including the sensitivities line, which is the field that decides what goes in the van. If anything you wrote is unclear we phone rather than guess, and if we phone it is one call, not a sequence.

You get a price and the product list
A real number for the work described, with GST shown separately, plus the full list of what we would use and the safety data sheets that go with it. Read it, show it to whoever needs to see it, then decide.

You book, or you do not
There is no contract to sign and no minimum term. If it is not the right fit, or if the job turns out to be one of the ones we do not take, we will say so and point you at the trade that does.
